Biography
During his PhD, Pengfei investigated low-valent aluminum chemistry supported by double-layer N–P ligands, with a particular emphasis on all-metal aromaticity. His current research centers on the design of novel ligands capable of stabilizing octet-defying carbon species, with the goal of expanding the fundamental understanding and reactivity of unconventional carbon compounds.
